Responsibilities
- Identify market segments, target customers and new business opportunities worldwide, especially in Europe, the US, Japan and other strategic markets.
- Develop and execute market‑entry strategies to secure new customers globally.
- Conduct market research to assess competition, global industry trends and potential growth areas.
- Build strong relationships with international decision‑makers including procurement teams, engineering leaders and C‑level executives.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences and networking events across global markets.
- Present company capabilities to international prospects and prepare costings, quotations and RFQ responses.
- Follow up on first article submissions and customer evaluations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving new business globally.
- Develop pricing strategies, negotiate international contracts and close profitable deals.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams—engineering, operations and finance—to support global project execution.
- Align customer requirements with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to senior management.
Industry & Technical Knowledge
- Stay updated on global industry developments, emerging technologies and key players.
- Apply technical and commercial understanding of semiconductor equipment, industrial machinery and related technologies.
- Understand customer pain points across different regions and position solutions accordingly.
Payment & Collections
- Ensure timely customer payments by monitoring invoice schedules and following up as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in Semiconductor, Medical Life‑Science or Aerospace industries.
- Proven success in securing and growing global customers (Europe, US, Japan, etc.).
- Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural environments is preferred.
