A security services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through securing contracts and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will develop strategies for acquiring new business in security services, prepare tender proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. Strong experience in sales and client management is essential. This role requires proactive management of budgets and operational aspects of security projects.

Drive aggressive business growth by securing high-value contracts and expanding market share in the security services sector.
To manage the full spectrum of the Company’s security sales including branches.
Report to Board of the Company, you are too diligent, professionally and whole-heartedly carry out the duties and responsibilities as determined by the Company.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business, specifically for security services (local and Nepali), armed guards and bodyguard services.
Target and secure contracts with key industry sectors (GLCs, international organizations, semiconductor and etc).
Prepare and finalize tender proposals, sales contracts, and agreements.
Analyze financial data to increase company profits and revenue targets.
Ensure full corporate governance and compliance with regulatory bodies and client requirements.
Conduct internal site audits to ensure service quality and effective performance.
Manage operational aspects for security projects, including site visits to check guard performance, grooming, and discipline.
Oversee management of the Foreign Worker to ensure compliance with authorities like Immigration, JTK, and KDN.
Managing and advise all region/branch Manager/Officer related to new assignment.
Manage and coordinating the region/branches budgeted sales as targeted and review the achievement every quarter.
Consolidate the preparation of reports as are deemed necessary to carry out functions of department. Fully responsible to prepare periodic reports to top management, as necessary or requested.
Ensure submission of Sales Operations Report on weekly and monthly.
Ensure proper invoices and collection of project payments.
Develop marketing strategy for both static and armed guards.
