A leading FMCG company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development / Key Account Manager. The role involves managing relationships with distributors and clients, developing market penetration strategies, and generating sales leads. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing and 3–5 years of relevant FMCG experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. This position may require travel.
Education: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and analytical skills. Proven track record in driving sales growth.
Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Attributes: Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.
