Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship in Business Development to support corporate client management, VIP coordination, and wellness programme execution. You will gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and healthcare business operations.

During the internship, you will assist in managing VIP orders end to end and support corporate client accounts, wellness events, and documentation with guidance from management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organised with good time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing VIP customer orders from end to end, including enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, invoices and delivery coordination.
• Support corporate client accounts by monitoring contract validity, CPP benefits, promotional campaigns, and wellness programmes.
• Coordinate corporate wellness events by preparing quotations and liaising with laboratories and vaccination providers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client requests and events.
• Update and maintain accurate records of client information, quotations, contracts, invoices, and documentation.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
