About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang and will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and curious about "AI-know how". The position also requires willingness to travel outstation when necessary to meet with existing and potential clients, with fully claimable mileage and accommodation allowance.

What you'll be doing
  • Multi-Product Champion: Confidently sell and cross-sell across our full range of products and services, matching the right solutions to each client’s needs.
  • Pipeline Owner : Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads from prospecting to closure.
  • Strategic Thinker: Contribute ideas for new products, partnerships, and business models that can expand market reach.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
  • Customer Champion: Understand client pain points and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that add real value.
  • Team Player: Work closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction.
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development.
  • You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
  • Ready to travel and find it hard to stay in the office all day.
  • Ready to juggle priorities in a fast-paced world.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and ad-hoc tasks as required.
