Role Overview

You will be responsible for marketing, positioning, and promoting our Cloud-Based Systolic® HIMS (Hospital ERP) and 21C Care Dental Information System (DIS) across private hospitals, specialty centers, dental groups, and healthcare networks in Malaysia and surrounding countries in the Asia Pacific market.

This role involves client engagement, product demonstrations, follow-ups, relationship management, and coordinating with our technical teams during project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and engage potential healthcare clients (Hospitals, Clinics, Dental Centers)
  • Promote and present our Cloud-Based HIMS and Dental DIS solutions to decision-makers
  • Conduct product demonstrations (online and on-site)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnership networks
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business correspondence
  • Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for project handover
  • Travel within Malaysia and regionally when required
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive sales growth and identify opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships and oversee client portfolios effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and presenting solutions clearly and persuasively.(English is required; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in healthcare or IT solutions is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
