Position: Business Development Executive

Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building long‑term customer relationships within the APAC region. The role focuses on positioning cloud solutions that meet customer needs, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the company’s overall market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
  • Conduct solution‑based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
  • Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, with preference for the cloud industry or SaaS background.
  • Proven ability to deliver on sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
