A private healthcare company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy for a role that combines field sales support and operations in the healthcare sector. The position offers early exposure to business development, strategic projects, and leadership skills development, alongside the opportunity for travel. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Support field sales coverage in assigned territories (approx. 25% of working time).
- Engage prescribers, pharmacists, and key healthcare stakeholders to drive brand adoption.
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and professional education activities.
- Collect, analyze, and report on market feedback, competitor activities, and prescribing trends.
- Support order processing, inventory monitoring, and supply chain coordination.
- Assist with regulatory submissions, NPRA documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Work closely with logistics partners and distributors to ensure smooth product flow.
- Contribute to evaluations of new product opportunities and partnerships.
- Support preparation of business cases, market research, and competitor intelligence.
- Assist in strategic projects under the direct mentorship of the Director.
- Participate in cross-functional management meetings (finance, HR, regulatory, sales).
- Shadow senior management in decision-making processes.
- Lead small projects to develop problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Gain early exposure to P&L considerations and commercial excellence frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
- Fresh graduate or up to 3 years’ experience in retail, hospital, or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong interest in a commercial and leadership career path beyond purely clinical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to travel (~25% of the time).
