What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking
  • Arranging and conducting meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our services
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches and proposals to secure new business
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and forecasting future sales
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Regularly reporting on sales activities and meeting key performance indicators
  • Contributing to the development of our sales and marketing strategies
What we're looking for
  • MUST have proven track record & experience working in a sales role within the L&D/Training Consultancy industry
