About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our market presence and grow our customer base in industrial automation, digital transformation, ERP/MES/BMS solutions, and smart facility technologies.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing solutions that match our technology offerings. This is a strategic, high‑impact role suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, creating value, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, industrial automation, and smart building sectors.
- Promote company solutions such as ERP/MES/BMS, IoT, AI security systems, automation projects, and engineering services.
- Conduct market research and understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Present product solutions, proposals, and value propositions to clients.
- Prepare quotations, project scopes, and commercial proposals with the technical team.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers, consultants, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and account management reports.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, project, technical support) to deliver complete solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Preferably from automation, engineering, IT, smart building, or manufacturing background.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑oriented, with strong relationship‑building ability.
- Able to understand and explain technical solutions (training provided if needed).
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Possess a car and willing to travel to customer sites.
Added Advantages
- Experience selling ERP, MES, BMS, IoT, or automation systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, building systems, or industrial engineering.
- Familiarity with tendering, BOQ preparation, or project‑based sales.
- Ability to prepare commercial proposals and sales strategies.
- Existing customer network in factories, M&E, system integrators, or building owners.
