Job description

Assist Managers in developing and implementing sales plans.

Monitor daily and monthly sales performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong business relationships with buyers, and retail clients.

Conduct regular visits to wholesale markets, and retail outlets.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Cross-Functional Support

Liaise with production, logistics, and processing departments to align supply with demand and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade events.

Provide support in inventory and production planning discussions.

Coach, supervise, motivate, train and guide field sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Assist the Manager in assigning territories, setting goals, and evaluating performance.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Track customer orders, receivables, and sales pipeline performance.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to prepare sales forecast, recommend pricing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Business or relevant, and own transport.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role for 2 years.

Senior role is available based on experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
