Communicate project requirements, prepare quotations, proposals, and ensure excellent client experience to consistently achieve personal sales results.
Build long-term relationships with developers, designers, and contractors; coordinate between marketing and project teams to drive project execution.
Collect frontline market insights, assist in planning BD activities, and prepare yourself for promotion to Assistant Manager.
Fixed basic salary + personal / team commission & Allowance (average monthly at least RM3,000).
EPF + SOCSO + full allowances (Car + laptop Subsidy).
5-day work week + 98 days maternity leave + up to 16 days annual leave.
