About the Role
We are looking to hire a results-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Telemarketing)/Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify B2B SME leads for our property solutions, playing a key part in our client acquisition efforts. The position involves outbound calling, prospect qualification, and collaboration with the marketing team, all supported by a flexible, work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients using curated lead lists to generate interest in our property services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs assessment.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead lists and optimize sales funnels.
- Provide feedback on call conversion rates and market trends to improve strategies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, ideally within real estate or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to speak fluent Mandarin and English to engage with diverse clients.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of the industrial and commercial real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms is a plus.
