About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, your passion and skills will directly contribute to better patient outcomes clinically and surgically. This is a rewarding, full-time role based in the vibrant hub of Georgetown, Penang.

The job description is as follows:

  • Analyze market trends and monitor sales performance to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and after-sales support to ensure a seamless professional experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that acquire new customers, strengthen key accounts, and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or principals to execute joint marketing activities and workshops to enhance customer engagement and product visibility.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including the technical aspects of fertility solutions and OBGYN medical devices, to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
  • Provide operational backup support when necessary, including documentation handling, and coordination in the absence of the operations admin.
  • Maintain accurate customer activity reports and sales documentation to ensure smooth operational and business continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences/Business/Marketing degrees is preferred. Candidates with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in medical sales or interacting with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals is a distinct advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport. Willing to travel outstation as required (Position based in Penang, 10-30% outstation).
  • High adaptability and a collaborative team spirit. Must be capable of working independently and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong oral and written English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
