The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and 4-5 years of project sales experience, excelling in relationship building and technical presentations. This role gives you full ownership of market expansion for iconic E&E solutions used in Malaysia’s largest projects — from residential high-rise to data centres, hospitals, commercial towers, and infrastructure.

Build strong relationships with M&E consultants, developers, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations for Furutec Busduct & Pyrotec Fire-Resistant Cable.
Develop and expand the project pipeline across Klang Valley and beyond (travel required).
Present technical and commercial solutions directly to clients and project owners.
Populate and update the project pipeline with accurate, real-time information.
Execute marketing activities, proposal submissions, and follow-ups to secure specification and project win.
Strengthen brand visibility within the construction, M&E engineering, and infrastructure ecosystem.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting consultants & developers.
Track competitors, trends, and market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
Report BD activities, project progress, and win strategies to the Assistant General Manager.
Recommend improvements to processes, communication, and project management flow.
Uphold company values, professionalism, and solution-driven behaviour.
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Marketing / Business (with strong M&E industry experience), Industrial Technology / Applied Sciences (related to E&E)
4–5 years in project sales / BD within M&E, E&E, construction, or building services.
Familiar or experienced in Project Tendering be a big plus!
Strong network among: consultants, developers, contractors, QS firms, EPC companies.
Advantage if experienced with Busduct, Switchboard/MSB/Panel Maker, LV Switchgear, UPS, Genset, Transformer, XLPE/FR cables, M&E contracting or project coordination.
Excellent in presentations, negotiation, and transferable technical skill explanation.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and pipeline reporting.
Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Possess own transport; willing to travel for meetings & project visits.
