Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Lead Generation
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities across Malaysia and the region.
  • Respond to web inquiries and proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, intermediaries, and market initiatives.
  • Maintain a balance between sourcing new logos and farming accounts.
Sales Execution & Deal Leadership
  • You’ll project-manage the full sales cycle by coordinating with TMF presales teams for: lead qualification, solution design, proposal development, pricing, contract negotiation, KYC, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Act as the Deal Lead for large, multi-country opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
Client & Intermediary Engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, intermediaries, and industry influencers in the market.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities across TMF’s global footprint.
Performance & Reporting
  • Meet (and exceed!) annual sales and pipeline generation targets, all measured in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
  • Provide accurate weekly pipeline forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records (We’re using Microsoft Dynamics).
Strategic Contribution
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Contribute to team development by coaching peers and sharing best practices. You'll also provide guidance to TMF Malaysia local team on landing pipeline management.
  • Champion TMF’s values and culture, acting as a brand ambassador in the market.
