Job description

Responsible to oversee and implement strategic retail development initiatives for the business. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Commercial & Retail in all aspects of retail expansion (inclusive of physical outlets and events) as well as outlet lifecycle management. From planning and evaluating new outlet strategies to executing outlet setups and managing upkeep & maintenance of all existing outlets, this position ensures the brand’s retail presence grows effectively and sustainably.

Retail Expansion & Development
  • Evaluate and recommend new retail and event locations based on market trends, demographic data, and business goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive expansion plans including feasibility studies, ROI projections, and location performance forecasts.
  • Present strategic recommendations to the Head of Commercial & Retail for approval.
Project Execution & Store Setups
  • Lead end-to-end project management for store openings, pop‑up events, and retail-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate site acquisition, fit‑out works, and construction timelines, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to manage store Interior Design (ID), construction, renovations, and store maintenance projects.
Other Requirements
  • Willing to travel regularly for site visits, especially for store audits and new openings.
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required, especially during pre‑launch or event phases.
Skills & Competencies
  • At least 3–5 years experience as a Business Development Manager in the fashion industry (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Leadership capability with cross‑functional team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, store layouts, and ID/fit‑out processes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
