What’s Happening

The Kolong is expanding its focus to corporate clients, offering our venue for unique team‑building events and off‑site meeting experiences. We’re seeking dynamic individuals to help drive this growth. We provide an environment that is distinctly different from the usual boardroom or conference hall, offering a truly memorable and immersive experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated Business Development and Sales Associates to tap into the vibrant corporate market. This is a highly flexible, commission‑based role perfect for professionals looking to supplement their income, utilize their existing network, or transition into a more flexible working arrangement. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by securing corporate bookings for team‑building events, off‑site meetings, and other unique corporate gatherings at our facility.

What You Will Do
  • Corporate Sales: Identify, prospect, and close deals with corporate clients in the local area to host their events at our site.
  • Vendor Sourcing: Source and establish partnerships with new vendors and businesses who could benefit from collaborating with us or hosting their own client events.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key corporate decision‑makers.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably B2B).
  • A strong existing network within the corporate community is a significant advantage.
  • Self‑starter with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism and independence.
  • Deep familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur/Selangor corporate landscape (Bonus!).

  • 100% Commission‑Based: Your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
