The Business Development Account Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth and market share expansion for BD’s Specimen Management Portfolio within a designated territory in Malaysia. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering value through BD’s innovative pre-analytical solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive access and adoption of our key medical device portfolios in Malaysia.
You will engage with key decision-makers, collaborate with clinical specialists, expand our market presence by achieving sales targets in strategic accounts.
At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem‑solving, which are essential in the fast‑paced healthcare industry. For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work‑life balance. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.
