Your Role

  • Lead the development of the lens business across different districts, identifying leads and business opportunities, and maintaining client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives with key accounts.
  • Manage product portfolios to ensure ongoing success.
  • Organize activities such as eye-care practitioner training, consumer roadshows, trade shows, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide after-sales support to key clients.

Main Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer management and sales analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
