Position: Business Consultant (Penang)

As a Business Consultant (Penang) at StoreHub, you will drive revenue growth by identifying potential customers, pitching our SAAS platform, and closing deals with SME business owners. You have the potential to earn significantly more through a commission structure in addition to a solid base salary. Pssst, we also provide a travel allowance. You don’t need to be an expert in our industry, but the role is challenging, fast-paced, and at the frontier of our business. We are looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying high-value customers: Look for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.
  • Pitching: Use strong communication skills to present our value proposition and close deals.
  • Building lasting relationships: Be the go-to person for customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Delivering exceptional service: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, satisfying customer experience.

Please note that for this role, the candidate must be based in Penang or willing to relocate to Penang.
