Job Title: Business Analyst (Junior / Mid / Senior)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

Conceptualize solutions, conduct research and development on leading practices, and contribute innovative ideas while working with both internal and client teams.

Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend suitable solutions to clients.

Assist in conducting workshops and presentations for various client levels.

Prepare and maintain documentation, including user requirements, functional requirement documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.

Support functional testing to ensure the system meets business requirements.

Assist or act as Test Manager to develop software testing strategies.

Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented in the application.

Conduct research and development on best practices to enhance performance and productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1 to 5+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Experience in the financial industry (Insurance or Banking) is preferred.

Additional Requirements (for candidates with 5+ years of experience)

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
