Join Hong Leong Bank to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in a dynamic banking environment.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Provide superior customer service to walk‑in customers, contributing to CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping Results
  • Achieve targets for CASA and FD Book growth, account opening, cross‑selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales, ASBF Funding and other products
  • Use I‑Pads or other devices for customer service and cross‑selling where applicable
  • Assist in calling customers for service and sales interactions
  • Conduct Branch RCSA through sample checking and rectify issues as needed
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB, and other bank products accurately and timely
  • Override transactions within bank‑defined limits
  • Manage branch cash holding and end‑of‑day cash balancing (for Chief Cashier role)
  • Comply with staff rotation guidelines for operational risk mitigation
  • Adhere to the Bank’s Code of Conduct & Ethics
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
  • Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain professional appearance
  • Attend all applicable trainings including e‑learning and Workday
  • File reports and assist with branch housekeeping activities as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned periodically
About you
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience
  • Experience in financial institutions or related fields
  • Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, and sales experience
  • Basic banking knowledge
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Excellent service mindset, communication, and cross‑selling skills
  • Professional appearance and courtesy
  • Optional certifications: FIMM / UT license, PCE & TBE license
