Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and identify potential new clients within the assigned territory

Conduct detailed market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals to present to prospective clients

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

Continuously monitor and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics

Provide valuable feedback to the sales leadership team to inform and improve strategies

What We're Looking For

At least 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to manage sales activities

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

Preferably Mandarin’s & English's speaking. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
