Responsibilities
This position requires someone with a strong Business and IT analytical experience (Preferably Cards platforms) who is able to manage business requirements, schedule and deliverables. These include the following:
- Analyze business requirements to create detailed business analysis, design recommended solutions
- Develop Business/Functional Requirements/JIRA s , i.e. define business problems via in depth investigation and gathering of technical and non technical information to a requirement specs
- Participate in discussion with various related parties to understand the requirements and deliver recommended solutions & document requirements in JIRA.
- Manage projects deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMO
- Prepare and maintain all projects documentation as per endorsed SDLC/Agile
- Maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach
- Aware of regulatory and compliance matters
- Work with project manager in delivering projects
- Plan and Control UAT testing and execution works end to end
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate a high interpersonal skills and is able to articulate well
- Strong analytical skills and business reporting writing skills
- Display good planning qualities to drive the implementation of initiatives
- Self motivated, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project based work streams with minimal supervision
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Jira, Confluence
- Familiarity with project lifecycle, SDLC, or Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
