Qualifications

• More than 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Waterfall and Agile methodologies accepted). Previous development experience is a plus.
• Experience in finance, banking, or insurance, specifically in accounting or with an academic background in Financial Assets / Investments Accounting, is mandatory.
• Experience supporting business users in production environments is highly valued.
• Experience with investment valuation and accounting software is appreciated (e.g., NeoXam Global Portfolio, Temenos Multifonds, SimCorp Dimension).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT development in the banking or finance industry, ideally in asset servicing.
• Knowledge of project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and testing repositories.

Main Responsibilities

1. Business Support for IT and Fund Accounting

• Diagnose and analyze production issues raised by end-users
• Coordinate with IT teams and software vendors on development follow-ups and bug fixes
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing

2. IT Portfolio Delivery (Projects, Enhancements, Application Maintenance)

• Participate in all project phases related to fund valuation and fund accounting, from feasibility studies to production deployment
• Draft business requirements and functional or end-to-end test cases
• Track progress of vendor deliverables
• Execute testing activities and assist end-users during their own testing phases

3. Automation Testing

• Support automated non-regression testing (NRT): preparation of test environments, creation of test datasets, execution of automated test scripts, and documentation and analysis of results
