Hiring Immediately - Business Analyst with (IAM) - Identity Access Management Experience

Nature of Experience: Customer Support/Technical Support/Access Admin
Security Access Transition/BAU support involves coordinating with PSS, Project and Business Owner of application/Infrastructure and getting those services into IAM Identity & Access Management team in compliance with the IAM minimum mandatory control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a corporate focal point on matters of Platform/Application Security administration.
- Perform end-to-end coordination with business and make those application/infrastructure checks to see if they could be onboarded to CSS IAM team.
- Review security-related access rights practices, directives, and guidelines.
- Implement, administer, and maintain the security administration to control access to the Bank’s infrastructure systems and application systems.
- Undertake periodical review and other exercises in relation to platform/application security for compliance with current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
- Participate and recommend user security administration approach/requirements gathering at the development stages of new platform/application systems to ensure the group policies, including IT Policies and Group standards, are being complied with.
- Ensure all requests and changes are conducted in accordance with agreed service standards (SLA), agreed procedure, and approved security matrix.
- Manage Transition, continue availability of Admin IDs.
- Project Initiatives for Process Improvements.
- Ensure privileged passwords/other documents are controlled as per process.
- End-to-end coordination with various teams to ensure transition of Application access from one team to CSS IAM team.
- Enable User Access and Entitlement instances in OneCert for Effective User Access Review.
- Support automation of User Access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Support User Access/Entitlement Review related reviews/audits.
- Should be good at MS-OFFICE, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Essential Skills/Aptitude: Communication/Customer Service/Access Administration Skills.
- 7 to 10 years of prior work experience.
- Computer Science/Engineering/Master Degree - Must have.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT Information Security.
- Good (Intermediate) hands-on experience in user access administration models on various applications.
- Good (Intermediate) hands-on experience in managing the transition of User Access Management activities from Business to Centralized Access Management team.
- Good (Intermediate) understanding of Agile methodology.
- End-to-end coordination with various stakeholders to hand over the transition efficiently.
- Good experience in managing application and infrastructure-related issues.
