We’re looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to support our 3PL operations by driving cost optimization, improving business models, and enhancing profitability. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to turn data into actionable insights that shape business strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze customer costing structures, pricing models, and operational expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and analytical reports for management.
  • Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance review cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage customers to validate cost assumptions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, costing, or financial planning (preferably in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG).
  • Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
