A technology solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage documentation and execute testing processes. This role involves preparing User Requirements Specifications and collaborating with clients to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has a degree in Information Technology and at least 1 year of relevant experience in system analysis or support, with proficiency in documentation tools and strong communication skills.
Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality documentation including User Requirements Specifications (URS) and Functional Design Documents (FOD).
Ensure documentation adheres to company standards, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
Plan, design, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, analyze, and document defects early in the testing cycle to minimize production issues.
Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Provide timely support for production issues and system-related queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Prepare accurate quotations and billing documents for approval.
Ensure billing processes are completed on time in coordination with finance and relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Implement processes for prompt issue resolution and maintain strong client relationships.
Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and defect management.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Good financial acumen for handling billing and quotations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in system analysis, IT support, testing, or client management.
Hands-on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) or UAT processes is an advantage.
Familiarity with preparing technical/functional documentation (URS, FOD).
Experience in billing, quotation preparation, or finance processes will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant documentation/testing tools.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is an additional languages are a plus.
