Job Title: Business Analyst Experience Required: Minimum 4 years Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes and systems. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and effectively implemented through projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Systems Analysis
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users, translating needs into detailed business, functional, and technical specifications
- Analyze and document current processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop business process models, data flow diagrams, and use cases
- Validate and prioritize business requirements based on organizational goals
- Support solution design, system configuration, and testing to ensure alignment with requirements
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to gather insights and align expectations
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication and timely decision‑making
Project Involvement
- Work closely with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend data‑driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and standards for business analysis
- Support post‑implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements management, and system development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA
- Experience in data analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL or business intelligence tools is an added advantage
