A technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to assist clients with product configuration and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work independently. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for dealing with relevant stakeholders. The position requires knowledge of IT software tools such as Figma and Jira.
Be well-acquainted with the company’s operational procedures, product features, and the professional knowledge required for business activities.
Conduct basic testing and preliminary troubleshooting for system anomalies on the vendor’s or client’s side, resolve common issues, and record and report the outcomes.
Possess familiarity with the architecture of online games (Web/App) or Business-to-Business (B2B) systems, and provide comprehensive product explanations to vendors or clients.
Assist vendors or clients in product configuration services, and maintain existing product configurations to ensure service quality and stability.
Document vendor or client requirements, consolidate and conceptualize such requirements, and possess the capability to formalize them into written documentation for subsequent operations.
