Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • Market & Business Insights: Analyse property market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to surface opportunities and risks.
  • Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor revenue, engagement, and other KPIs across the property vertical.
  • Sales & Monetisation Support: Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to analyse customer segments, pricing models, campaign ROI, and agent/developer performance.
  • Business Reviews: Support regular performance reviews with insights, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide analytical support to Marketing, Ops, and Partnerships teams to help them execute smarter, data-backed initiatives.
  • Decision Support: Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that guide business strategy and execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles.
  • Strong with numbers — proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Skilled at business storytelling — able to turn analysis into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and metrics that drive business growth and commercial success.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience or interest in the property industry or digital marketplaces is a bonus.
