About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, responsible for uncovering complex organizational challenges and translating them into actionable solutions. You will lead requirements‑gathering activities such as workshops and interviews, ensuring business needs are captured, documented, and managed throughout the project lifecycle. In addition, you will play a critical role in risk assessment—identifying potential issues, evaluating their impact, and developing mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in requirements management, and the ability to drive clarity and alignment across diverse teams, ultimately enabling successful change and transformation within the organization.

What you must have to be considered
  • Domain knowledge of the insurance industry, including products (life, health, property/casualty), policy administration, claims processing, underwriting.
  • Data Analysis & Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with large, often complex, data sets, as well as business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI) for data-driven insights and decision-making.

  • High-Level Stakeholder Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to C‑suite executives, managing expectations and achieving consensus on complex issues.
  • Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively translate complex technical and business information for different audiences.
