About the Role We are a fast-growing multi-clinic veterinary group seeking a smart, driven Business Analyst to work directly with the COO on the Group’s most critical priorities.

This is a high-exposure role at the intersection of strategy, investment, analytics, and digitalisation, offering hands-on ownership of transformation initiatives and a fast track to leadership for the right candidate.

You will function as a thought partner to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making and execution across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Support the COO and senior management team on strategy formulation, problem-solving, and execution

Build business cases, financial models, and investment analyses for growth and optimisation initiatives

Drive digitalisation, transformation, and performance improvement projects across clinic operations

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track operational and financial performance

Translate business requirements into data, analytics, and actionable insights

Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, IT, and clinic teams to deliver initiatives end-to-end

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related business discipline. Strong academic results are preferred

0–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, investment, analytics, or data-driven roles

Fresh graduates with strong technical and analytical capability are encouraged to apply
