Job description

Responsibilities

• To oversee the daily operations of the building in accordance with policies & procedures
• To ensure operational efficiency of the building
• To conduct regular site inspections of the estate premises including infrastructure, amenities etc. with a view of safety of proprietors and/or its residents
• To attend occupant's/tenants complain
• To supervise service providers/contractors to ensure adherence to work scope
• To obtain and supervise commercial tenants to rectify technical issues
• Able to work well with others

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is an added advantage

Remuneration will commensurate with job qualification/experience.
