Job summary

PUBLIC HOLDINGS SDN. BERHAD is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor cum Chargeman BO to oversee building maintenance and ensure compliance with guidelines. The role includes leading a team, reviewing electrical and mechanical installations, and coordinating with vendors to maintain safe operations.

You will maintain logbooks, liaise with management and authorities for inspections, and ensure timely completion of maintenance programs to safeguard building operations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in building management / property management or banking property.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire safety, and building systems.
• Proficient in facilities management software (BMS/CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in leading and managing maintenance staff, vendors and stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and authority rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance and services work at site office.
• Lead team, delegate tasks, and coordinate work for maintenance staff.
• Review technical drawings for renovations and provide comments.
• Coordinate with managers and external bodies for inspections and permits.
• Maintain logbooks, service sheets and safety records; ensure timely completion of work.
