What You’ll Do
📌 Junior Creative Executive
  • Shoot and edit videos for campaigns, events, social media, and ads.
  • Design posters, banners, and simple marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning creative content for brand campaigns.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Support the marketing team with any creative needs (photo/video).
📌 Social Media Strategy & Planning

Plan monthly & weekly content, propose new ideas, launch campaigns, and ensure every post aligns with the brand.

📌 Content Creation

Write captions, scripts, and storyboards.

Guide designers & videographers to produce high‑quality visuals.

Manage posting schedules across IG, FB, TikTok & LinkedIn.

📌 Performance Tracking

Monitor reach, engagement, views, leads & conversions.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and study competitors.

📌 Collaboration

Work with Marketing Manager for campaigns, events & launches.

Coordinate with physiotherapists & caregivers for educational content.

What We’re Looking For
🎓 Qualifications
