Job summary

The Big G' in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This full-time role focuses on delivering visually striking design solutions across print and digital media for a diverse range of projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop brand assets, ensure consistency across outputs, and mentor junior designers while staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and a continuous desire to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design engaging visual content across print and digital media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
• Develop brand assets and ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Prepare files for printing and liaise with external vendors as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and software to continuously enhance your skills.
• Provide design support and mentorship to junior team members.
