About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Protection Analyst to help safeguard our brand, digital assets, and online presence against phishing, impersonation, and other forms of brand abuse. This role combines digital threat monitoring with website project coordination, requiring someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working across cybersecurity, legal, and technical teams to protect and strengthen our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Protection & Threat Monitoring: Monitor and investigate phishing campaigns, lookalike domains, and other forms of online brand abuse using Netcraft and related tools. Assess threats, coordinate takedown activities, and support incident response efforts.
• Threat Reporting & Analysis: Maintain dashboards and performance metrics, track threat lifecycles and takedown effectiveness, and produce regular reports highlighting emerging risks, trends, and recommendations.
• Website Operations & Project Coordination: Coordinate WordPress website enhancement projects, including development tasks, content updates, security improvements, and release timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Legal, Infrastructure, and other internal stakeholders to manage incidents, support website initiatives, and coordinate project deliverables.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain project documentation, organize development backlogs and assets, monitor progress against timelines, and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience & Technical Skills: 1–3 years of experience in brand protection, cybersecurity, trust & safety, website operations, project coordination, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Netcraft and WordPress is strongly preferred.
• Web & Security Knowledge: Good understanding of website infrastructure, including domain registration, DNS, hosting environments, and common cyber threats such as phishing, typosquatting, and social engineering.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess digital threats, interpret data, and make sound, risk-based decisions.
• Project Coordination & Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and produce clear reports and documentation. Strong English communication skills are required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus to facilitate collaboration with colleagues across APAC, including teams in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Learning Agility: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and an interest in digital security, brand protection, and website operations.
