Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to translate brand marketing objectives into impactful initiatives. In this role, you will formulate and implement marketing plans, serve as the operational link between local branches and principal brands, and conduct performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or business and a minimum of 3 years experience in a brand marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar brand marketing role.
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and drive local marketing plans aligned with company vision.
  • Serve as the link between local branches and Principal Brand/Product.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews analyzing performance and market trends.
  • Own the tracking and submission of all A&P expenditure claims.
  • Manage and promote the assigned product portfolio through marketing initiatives.
