Job Description

Are you a marketing talent with a passion for sports and a knack for building connections? We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to be the driving force behind our market expansion. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be developing and implementing strategies to grow our brand within the vibrant badminton community. You will build bridges between our brand and key players – from KOLs and coaches to clubs and sports halls – ensuring our market presence is everywhere our customers are.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to penetrate and expand within the badminton ecosystem.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage partnerships with a diverse network including KOLs, badminton coaches, clubs, and sports halls.
  • Coordinate with the product development and sales teams to align market initiatives with product launches and sales targets.
  • Plan and oversee brand events and activations, building brand loyalty on the ground.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • A sports enthusiast, ideally with a passion for badminton, and deeply familiar with popular social media apps.
  • An excellent communicator and team player with high EQ and the ability to adapt to any situation.
  • A strategic thinker aged 35 or below, eager to take ownership of projects and grow with the company.
  • Proficient in basic Malay and either Chinese or English.
