Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute e‑commerce Growth Strategies – Drive sales and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple e‑commerce platforms.
- Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Country Manager, and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Studios, and Operations) to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Market & Data Analysis – Monitor and analyze e‑commerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the Commercial Team – Guide and empower the commercial team to execute e‑commerce strategies effectively and meet performance targets.
- Performance & Reporting – Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical data to senior stakeholders.
- Profitability Optimization – Continuously assess and improve brand profitability by implementing data‑driven strategies.
- Enhance e‑commerce Operations – Streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in online brand management.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest developments in Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Additional Responsibilities – Take on other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Brand Manager, with hands‑on e‑commerce experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare industries.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong account management skills, focusing on strategy, operations, and execution.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate ideas clearly in both verbal and written form.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Commercial acumen, with a track record of successfully managing brand profitability.
