You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategies, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & Execute e‑commerce Growth Strategies – Drive sales and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across multiple e‑commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate Across Departments – Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Country Manager, and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Studios, and Operations) to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
  • Market & Data Analysis – Monitor and analyze e‑commerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the Commercial Team – Guide and empower the commercial team to execute e‑commerce strategies effectively and meet performance targets.
  • Performance & Reporting – Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other critical data to senior stakeholders.
  • Profitability Optimization – Continuously assess and improve brand profitability by implementing data‑driven strategies.
  • Enhance e‑commerce Operations – Streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in online brand management.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest developments in Beauty, FMCG, and Consumer Healthcare to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Additional Responsibilities – Take on other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the brand.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
