Job Description

As a Brand Growth Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving MOG's product marketing strategy and brand development. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative product strategies for our exclusive brands that resonate with the right product target audience and drive product brand awareness, build brand prestige and enhance overall product sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product strategies based on market research, trend insights, and business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through compelling brand stories and clear messaging.
  • Manage brand assets, collaborations, and content to enhance visibility and brand synergy.
  • Plan and execute product marketing calendars, launch campaigns, and promotions.
  • Analyse product performance and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.
  • Analyse sales data to evaluate product performance and drive growth strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, communication, and problem-solving to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Branding, Marketing, Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing and brand management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and brand building initiatives.
  • Strong fashion sense and ability to identify emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for the eyewear industry and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong command of language, especially English and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
