Job summary

Shake Shack Malaysia is seeking a creative graphic designer to transform marketing objectives into compelling concepts and visual directions. You will deliver digital and print assets, including social content, in-store visuals, packaging and video projects, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-brand quality.

The role requires at least 3 years in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion/video tools.

Responsibilities

Turn objectives into creative concepts and visual directions that fit the brand and audience.
Deliver creative materials across digital and physical touchpoints (social, in-store, print, packaging, photography, video).
Work with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Present concepts to stakeholders and refine executions based on feedback.
Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across brand touchpoints and stores.
