Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Advertising, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with short-form video editing and motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or After Effects).
• Solid understanding of print production, dieline setup, color proofing, and packaging prepress.
• Familiar with creating visual assets for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• A strong portfolio showing brand identity work, product packaging, digital graphics, and marketing campaigns.
• A sharp eye for detail, food visual styling, and current F&B design trends.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, hitting deadlines, and working smoothly with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred to have at least 2-3 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Packaging & Retail Materials: Design attractive product packaging, promotional sleeves, point-of-sale displays, and store signage that follow print and regulatory guidelines.
• Digital & Social Media Content: Produce eye-catching social media graphics, short video clips, and web banners for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Brand Consistency: Keep all design work aligned with our core brand identities and guidelines across all product lines.
• Campaign & Event Assets: Create key visuals and printed collateral for pop-up events, roadshows, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside brand managers and digital marketers to brainstorm concepts and turn marketing ideas into strong visual assets.
• Print & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external printers and vendors to ensure artwork specs, colors, and finished materials meet quality standards.
