Job summary

Wisdom Factory Sdn Bhd is seeking a commercially minded Brand Designer to translate brand strategy into distinctive, conversion‑focused visuals for CTG Group’s health, beauty and business brands. You will build visual systems, design e‑commerce banners, product images and campaign assets, working with marketing, content, webstore and management.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, with 2+ years in branding or digital creative, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field
• At least 2 years of branding, graphic design, e-commerce or digital creative experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign and commercial design work
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Mandarin language proficiency is required

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands, products and campaigns
• Design e-commerce banners, landing pages visuals, product-detail images and marketplace assets
• Create social-media creatives, advertisements, campaign visuals and promotional materials
• Produce conversion-focused designs communicating product benefits and actions
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates and visual systems
• Adapt materials for different formats, platforms and campaign variations
• Support product photography planning, image selection, retouching and presentation
• Collaborate with marketing, content, webstore and business teams
• Review creative performance and improve designs based on results
