Brand & Social Media Planner

This position will work directly under Roro, a brand under Noah International Trading Sdn Bhd.

We’re seeking a skilled, creative, and hands‑on Brand & Social Media Planner to strengthen Roro’s digital presence and drive brand growth across all major platforms.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop Strategy: Build comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Roro’s brand direction, audience, and business goals.
  • Hands–On Content Execution: Create and produce engaging content—copywriting, visuals, and videos—that communicates Roro’s unique lifestyle positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, digital, and offline channels to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful connections by managing conversations, responding to users, and building a loyal community.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting: Track performance insights, generate clear reports, and develop forecast plans to support future campaign and content strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and consumer behaviour relevant to Roro’s growth.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive, high‑quality outcomes across all brand touchpoints.
