A customer experience firm is seeking a passionate brand ambassador in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes customer service, sales management, and engaging customers to enhance their buying experience. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand customer needs while keeping up with industry trends. This position may require evening and weekend availability.
Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and to open the conversation and ensure they feel welcome
Help drive business and maximise sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion.
Implement all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer while helping achieve its goals.
Understand who our guests are, what brought them, their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Profile
Educate and excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their interests and agenda
Demonstrate a mastery of all products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer contact information and scheduling Test Drives for individuals who exhibit purchase intent or potential
Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely sales and delivery information is available to management
