Job summary

A retail company in Kuala Terengganu is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a sales team and supervise daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This role includes managing customer service, training staff, and preparing sales reports. Shift work may be required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail or sales supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
