• Recruit, train and manage manpower, plan duty roster to ensure the branch always has sufficient and qualified manpower to operate.
• Plan and execute to achieve the branch monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage stock to ensure sufficient level for operation, physical stock balance matches system, and goods are arranged tidily and correctly on racks.
• Manage cashier operations, ensuring smooth operation and accurate balance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the branch, ensuring it meets company standards.
• Provide customers with the best service and accurate information about products and company policies.
